Rates and Billing
Payment Modes currently available:
With PhiltransGroup there are no hidden or surprise
charges. We believe pricing should be transparent so you know what to
budget for transcription. Our pricing is simple: you pay for the number
of lines.
Our rate for medical transcription is based on per line.
Our rate for general transcription is based on per minute audio.

We invoice by
the minute. It's a flat rate and it's rounded up to the nearest
minute. For e.g.: If you've given us 48.23 minutes, we'd invoice
you for 48 minutes; and if it is 53.45 minutes, we'd invoice you for 54
minutes.
A transcript which has one-hour or less of audio will be returned within 12 hours or such extended period as agreed upon. For larger projects, turnaround can be worked around the clients requirements. If you have a special need, let us know about it, we'll try to give you our best, at no extra cost.
How will you bill me?
Upon completion of the
job, an invoice or payment request will be sent to you by email and it
is due and payable upon receipt. Payment is expected promptly. There
is a grace period of seven (7) calendar days.For ongoing work, invoices and payment requests can be sent weekly.
Payment terms can be negotiated based on volume. A contract may be required.
